Guide to list of subscriptions in G SHOP POS

The Subscriptions module allows businesses to manage recurring transactions for customers. This feature is useful for handling repeat purchases, memberships, or scheduled deliveries.

Accessing Subscriptions

Navigate to the Subscriptions section in the left sidebar.

The main page displays a list of active subscriptions with details such as:

• Subscription Number
• Customer Name
• Location
• Subscription Interval
• Number of Repetitions
• Generated Invoices
• Last Generated Invoice Date
• Upcoming Invoice Date
• Actions (Edit, Stop Subscription, Delete)

Managing Subscriptions

• Edit Subscription: Click the Edit button next to a subscription to update details.
• Stop Subscription: Click the Stop Subscription button to halt future invoices.
• Delete Subscription: Click the Delete button to remove a subscription permanently.

Exporting Subscription Data

Users can export subscription records in multiple formats:

• Export CSV
• Export Excel
• Export PDF
• Print

Subscription Invoicing

• The system automatically generates invoices based on the set interval.
• Users can view generated invoices and upcoming invoices from the subscription list.
