Forgot Password?

If you cannot remember your password, don't worry! Follow these simple steps to reset it and regain access to your account quickly and securely.

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

• Go to the login page of G SHOP POS or Click Here.

Step 2: Click on "Forgot Password?" Link

• Click "Forgot Password?" to begin the password recovery process.

Step 3: Enter Your Registered Email Address

• You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Make sure to use the email address that was registered during the account creation process.

Step 4: Submit Your Request:

• After entering your email address, click the "Submit" or "Send Reset Link" button. The system will send a password reset link to your email inbox.

Step 5: Check Your Email Inbox:

• Go to your email inbox and look for an email from the platform. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. The email will contain a link to reset your password, follow all steps and create a new strong password (e.g., a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters).

Step 6: Login with Your New Password:

• Once your password has been successfully reset, return to the login page and enter your email address and the new password to log into your account.
