The Discount module allows users to create, manage, and apply discounts to products. This feature helps businesses offer promotional pricing on selected products for a specified period.

Accessing the Discount Module

Navigate to the Sell section in the left sidebar. Click on Discounts to open the discount management page.

Adding a New Discount

Click on the + Add button at the top right corner.

    Fill in the required details:

    • Name: Enter a descriptive name for the discount.
    • Products: Select the products eligible for the discount.
    • Brand: Choose the applicable brand (if any).
    • Category: Assign a category to the discount.
    • Location: Select the business location where the discount applies.
    • Priority: Define the priority level (higher priority discounts override lower ones).
    • Discount Type: Choose between a fixed amount or percentage-based discount.
    • Discount Amount: Enter the discount value.
    • Start Date & End Date: Set the validity period of the discount.
    • Selling Price Group: Apply the discount to a specific price group (if applicable).
    • Apply in Customer Groups: Enable this option to apply discounts to specific customer groups.
    • Is Active: Check this box to activate the discount.

    Click Save to confirm the discount.

      Managing Discounts

      • Edit Discount: Click the Edit button next to an existing discount to modify its details.
      • Delete Discount: Click the Delete button to remove a discount.
      • Deactivate Selected: Select multiple discounts and click Deactivate Selected to disable them.

      Exporting Discount Data

      Users can export discount data in various formats:

      • Export CSV
      • Export Excel
      • Print
      • Export PDF
