Step 1: Add sales commission agent
To incorporate new sales commission agents, navigate to the "Sale Commission Agents" section on the left-hand sidebar. Then, proceed by clicking on the "Add" button positioned at the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2: Complete Sales Commission Agent Form
You will be prompted to fill in a sales commission agent form with essential information. Please provide accurate details, prefix, first and last name, email address, contact number, addresses, and commission percentage. Afterward, click "Save" to preserve changes. Use provided fields for accurate record-keeping and commission management.
Step 3: Save Changes
Once you've completed fill the required fields, ensure to click the "Save" button to safeguard your changes.
By creating and customizing roles, you can assign specific permissions to different users, ensuring that they only have access to the tools and information necessary for their tasks. Follow the steps below to add new roles, customize permissions, and save your changes effectively.
Step 1: Add Roles
To add new roles, kindly navigate to the "Roles" section located on the left-hand sidebar. Once there, proceed by clicking on the "Add" button positioned at the top-right corner of the page.
Step 2: Creating Custom Roles and Permissions
To create a new role, first enter the role name. Then, select the specific permissions by ticking the boxes for actions like viewing, adding, editing, and deleting across various modules including users, suppliers, customers, products, purchases, stock adjustments, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, point of sale, sales, cash registers, reports, settings, expenses, accounts, and others as needed.
Step 3: Saving Custom Role Adjustments
After configuring the desired permissions, click "Save" to preserve the changes made to the role.
Step 1: Add User
To add a user click on the user management module with different roles and permission like admin, cashier and many others, more details concerning the user like date of birth and gender also recording their bank details.
Step 2: Add user credentials, roles and permission
Input user credentials for authentication, providing prefix, first and last name, and email. Allocate a unique username and password. Define roles based on responsibilities, with default options of admin and cashier. Enable "allow login" for access permission and specify accessible locations.Additionally, specify the locations accessible to the user. If applicable, you can also set sales commission rates. For further user details, include gender, date of birth, and bank information.
Step 3: Save Changes
Once you've completed all modifications, ensure to click the "Save" button to safeguard your changes.
